At Hilti, we are committed to our tool repair time promise that is to collect, repair and return your Hilti tool within 3 working days (*else, repair will be free of charge) for Metro Manila customers and persistent 7 working days tool repair turnaround time for Provincial customers.
Repair Pickup
To provide the best customer repair experience, we will collect and return the repaired Hilti tool at your jobsite for your convenience.
For Provincial customers, we also provide a list of Pick-up and Delivery points that are well within your reach. .
Battery Capacity Guarantee
Battery will be replaced for free if the capacity is below working level within warranty (no cost period) to ensure your maximum productivity.
Repair Cost Limit
To help provide cost predictability, Hilti provides a Repair Cost Limit of purchased tools at an average of 30% of latest tool list price.

Yes, you may select one or more tools for repair at one time ensuring productivity and efficiency.
Can I book both Purchased and Fleet tools for repair at the same time?
Yes, you can select from both Purchased and Fleet tools during the same repai request transaction. You can also request for a loan tool during this process.
Can I search for a tool using the Serial Number so I don't have to scroll down my entire list of tools?
Yes, you may use the Filter field at the upper right hand of the screen to search using Serial Number.
